All medical procedures performed at Altara Clinic are subject to professional evaluation and consent. Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Our medical team will explain the expected benefits, risks and alternatives prior to any treatment.

Consultations & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed by our concierge. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Payments

Fees are quoted at the time of consultation. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at our clinic and through approved digital processors.

Informed Consent

Prior to any aesthetic or regenerative procedure you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form describing the treatment, expected outcomes, possible risks and aftercare instructions.
